Commission communication is to be directed to regal.oni on Discord or via e-mail.

PLEASE BE AS SPECIFIC AS YOU CAN WITH YOUR COMMISSION DETAILS! Please make use of short, concise sentences. I want to avoid any possible misunderstandings.

I have the right to deny any commission request if you or the subject matter are uncomfortable to me.

Payments are primarily done through PAYPAL INVOICES and KO-FI as a secondary option.

If using PayPal, DO NOT send me money first through the send feature. Instead, you will receive an invoice from me.

At least PARTIAL (50% or more) or FULL payment must be paid before I start working on a piece.

FULL payment must be given after the rough sketch is accepted.

If a commission needs to be REFUNDED, 50% of the money given will be given back. If the commission is at the shading phase or later then I cannot give a refund.

Designs meant to be used for profit (sold for merchandise, paid or sponsored YouTube content, projects that receive profit, etc.) are required to pay a commercial fee of doubling the original price.

Tipping is never mandatory but is always appreciated.

Once we discuss the commission details, I will send a sketch (or set of sketches) via Discord or e-mail for your approval.

FULL payment is required after the final rough sketch is accepted.

Following full payment, there is a limited number of revisions which may be made. Please read the REVISIONS section for more details.

Once revisions are made, I will make corrections and finalize the project. Please read FINAL PRODUCT for more details.

Commissions have a turn around time of approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

Commissions may take longer depending on complexity and availability.

PLEASE be incredibly thorough in the changes you want when reviewing the sketch! Revisions are limited to the following:

Each sketch commission will get one (1) final revision past the initial rough draft.

A lineart and flat color commission will get two (2) revisions.

A full render will get two (2) revisions applicable to the lineart and coloring phase and one (1) revision to the rendering.

You will recieve a .png file of the finished artwork, both with and without a watermark.

Credit for me, if using unwatermarked artwork, must be CLEARLY stated in the post.

If you wish for your commission to be used for commercial purposes (sold for merchandise, paid or sponsored YouTube content, projects that receive profit, etc.), please be transparent about this when you contact me. If my art was paid for at Personal Use Price, and I find that it is being used for Commercial Use, I will bill you for the additional commercial price fee. Failure to pay the additional commercial price fee will result in you being blacklisted from any future commissions.

You MAY NOT claim my artworks as your own. In YouTube videos, my work MUST be stated clearly as a collaboration. There is no I, there is a we.

Credit for my work must be clearly stated or listed somewhere on the page or post if the unwatermarked version is being used.

I reserve my right as the artist to distribute, reproduce and use my artwork for self-promotion or sampling purposes.

Please give me your @ or username you wish to be attributed to you when I post my work to social media sites. If you wish to remain anonymous, please let me know beforehand.

My art is NEVER ALLOWED to be made into an non-fungible token (NFT), used for AI training, or used for cryptomining. If I find that you are interested in using my art for the purposes of NFTs, AI training, or cryptomining, the commission will be terminated and you will be blacklisted.

I reserve the right to use any rejected sketches in personal projects or other commissions.
